She began her journey as a Registered Nurse in the fast-paced Bellevue Hospital emergency department in the heart of New York City. Her commitment to patient well-being led her to earn a Master of Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, subsequently becoming a board-certified Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She then took a pivotal role in the ICU at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
